How We Connect With You:
When a client contacts us for support, we provide this by collaborating with your organization or project team on the specific task. A-needs assessment is conducted on the desired outcome using the information provided. Once the initial needs assessment is completed, a resolution strategy is identified and presented to the client. Once the strategized approach has been accepted, the project is bench marked with milestones and an estimated date of completion is identified. Communication is maintained through out the entire process. Once the final work product is near completion, the client will receive a full debrief and will be provided with copies of documents (draft) generated for the specific task. Examples of this may include written reports with professional opinions as well as pricing schedules and summaries with our recommended positions. Once the debrief has been completed and our recommendations are accepted by the client, the final work package is delivered shortly there-after.
